Handmade Goods

All handmade items are uniquely made and handcrafted by Fallon, the owner of Tabernacle Hands LLC

All handmade items are FINAL SALE. 

Our mission at Tabernacle Hands is to create high-quality items with integrity for each customer. Tabernacle Hands will provide measurements for any listing, so you can purchase with peace.

Please email customerservice@tabernaclehands.com if you have any questions or concerns regarding your handmade item.

Tabernacle Hands is not responsible for normal wear and tear of handmade items, or damage due to improper care of fibers or materials. Please understand, handmade items require greater care than general goods. For fibers, gently wash handmade items by hand with very mild soap and lay flat to dry. Please follow all wash and care instructions for the specified fibers listed in the description of the handmade item. For all beaded jewelry, please do not wear in the shower or any other water, and take off jewelry before going to sleep. 

For lost packages regarding handmade goods, please reach out to customerservice@tabernaclehands.com. Since handmade goods are sent directly from Tabernacle Hands LLC, I will be happy to provide a tracking number if requested.

Digital Sales

ALL DIGITAL SALES ARE FINAL

If there is an update to a digital pattern you've purchased in the past and you're unable to access the updated version, please reach out to customerservice@tabernaclehands.com with proof of purchase.

Printed or Embroidered Merchandise 

To ensure exceptional graphics and a wide range of products, we've outsourced printing and embroidery. Since we've outsourced printing and embroidery, returns and refunds are not possible unless there are defects. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

If there is a defect, the unsatisfied customer has a 30-day window to promptly contact customerservice@tabernaclehands.com with documentation of the defect, so that I can reach out to the Print on Demand vendor, who has the final say for possible refunds due to defects.

At Tabernacle Hands, we gladly advocate for our customers, but require timely defect documentation from the customer to request a resolution from the supplier.  

Please note, our suppliers reserve the right to deny any returns or replacements at their discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
